Object now to stop Battery Rocks beach development
16/3/09The deadline for objecting to the County Council and Route Partnership’s planning application to build on Battery Rocks beach is March 26th. Anyone can object and all objections are counted, but time is running out.
If you need help, documents explaining how to object and the grounds for objection, as well as a draft letter for you to download, personalise and send to planners can all be found under “Materials” on the Friends of Penzance Harbour home page. Under “Links” you will also find the planning application’s page on the Penwith District Council web site and a link to the web form that allows you to lodge your objection on-line.
The Friends of Penzance Harbour will be delivering an “Object Now!” planning alert to 7000 Penzance households over the next few days and will be handing out leaflets and talking to the public in Penzance town centre on Saturday 21st March.
If you can help with leaflet distribution please get in touch.
